How it works

You can sell and / or buy electricity, and airtimewith Summore!

As a registered user you are entitled to the discounts stated above for all airtime and data purchases. The applicable discounts will remain on your wallet as and when a purchase is made. For example, should you purchase a R100 Vodacom airtime voucher, only R95 will be deducted from your mobile wallet

Applying the same principle you can sell airtime products at a profit to third parties

Registration

A simple setup will enable you to buy or sell (vend) prepaid products directly from the internet or from your cellphone, whenever and wherever you are. Simply follow these easy steps:

Website registration:
1) To register, click the registration page and fill in your details. This will automatically create and account which includes your very own mobile wallet
2) An email will be sent to you with basic instructions to get you going. Your pin will be SMSed to your cellphone
3) To start vending prepaid products, simply top-up your mobile wallet via EFT or cash deposit, using your cellphone number as reference. Alternatively, set us up as a beneficiary in your online bank account to make direct payments and / or purchases

Mobile registration:
1) Access Summore by dialing *120*145#. Select option 4 and follow the prompts
2) Your pin will be SMSed to your cellphone
3) To start vending prepaid products, simply top-up your mobile wallet via EFT or cash deposit

Loyalty Programme

At registration, there is an option to select one of our Loyalty Partners to whom your discount can be donated. For example, if your preferred charitable organisation and / or even your child’s school participates in our Loyalty Programme, the donation will be made to that organisation on your behalf

Should your preferred charitable organization not be listed as one of our current Loyalty Partners, please let us know at info@Smartcalltech.co.za, and we’ll approach them to register for our Loyalty Programme

Direct Recharge

You can also set up Summore as a beneficiary in your online bank account and make direct prepaid product purchases. In order to purchase direct from your bank account, place the appropriate prefix to your cellphone number as reference:

• A = Airtime; or
• E = Electricity

For example, if your cellphone number is 0821234567 and you want to buy airtime, just enter as reference A0821234567, when you make a deposit to your wallet. For electricity, enter your deposit reference as E0821234567. The prepaid product, to the value of the deposit made, will then be vended direct to your cellphone. Transactions may take up to 15 minutes to complete

It is important to ensure that you provide the correct cellphone and / or electricity box number at registration. Prepaid products are vended to the numbers provided and cannot be reversed. Please note that no refunds are applicable

Any invalid prefixes, such as unrecognized characters or electricity purchases of less than R50, may result in the relevant product not being vended. If this occurs, your account will be topped-up to the corresponding value

Prepaid Airtime and Data

Vend airtime and data with Summore, via our website or by dialing *120*145# on your cellphone, in three easy steps:
1) Ensure you have enough money in your mobile wallet or make an EFT or cash deposit
2) Select the appropriate network operator (Vodacom, MTN, Cell C, etc.)
3) Choose the desired product and amount, enter the number you would like to recharge, and confirm your transaction

Airtime products are vended virtually direct to the nominated cellphone, or you may select pin based vouchers for which the pin will be SMSed

Prepaid Electricity

The most convenient way to vend electricity is with Summore. Simply make a payment to your wallet via EFT or cash deposit. You can then purchase electricity either from our website, by dialing *120*145# on your cellphone, or by making a direct purchase from your online bank account. Once confirmation of payment has been received, the PIN or token will be delivered via SMS

Service Delivery Notice

It is very important to note that our service delivery in certain instances is dependent on third parties, including:

1) Your bank:
Our system detects deposits made automatically. In some instances deposits made to our account does not show immediately and can take several minutes to clear. Deposits made from banks other than FNB and ABSA, may take more than 24 hours to be allocated to your wallet
2) The national and municipal vending system:
From time to time their systems go down which of course affects transaction completion times and the delivery of a token or PIN. Please be assured that we will always deliver your token or PIN as soon as possible
